I worked with y’all on my first home, specifically Jenna, and honestly… she told me something I’m pretty sure most realtors would NEVER tell someone: “You really shouldn’t buy this.” and then, instead of trying to sell/not sell? me on it, she actually went out and found me other fixer-uppers around town. Needless to say, I love a century home that needs a lifetime of work, so naturally I bought the one she warned me about. I’m SO STOKED. It may sound a little silly, but Jenna renewed our faith in the real estate process.
